Registration fees - Terms and conditions


All brokers are invited to register for the Mediterranean Yacht Show, Nafplion May 04 - May 8, 2019.
The Show's Organizers retain the right to refuse access to the Show to Companies/Brokers deemed as non professionals of the industry.Registrations are not considered complete until payment is received. If we accept your registration, you will get an email notification stating acceptance and receipt of payment.

REGISTRATION FEE till 31 March, 2019: Euro 110 per person, including invitation for organizer's events and listing in the Show Catalogue and in the website.

LATE REGISTRATION FEE after March 31, 2019: Euro 165, including invitation for organizer's events.

CANCELLATION: Accepted registrations are not refundable. If your registration is not accepted, we will refund the registration fee.

Broker registration may be transferred from one Broker to another within the same company.

Registration forms should be received by March 31, 2019. Any registrations, changes or modifications received after March 31, 2019 will not appear in the list of attending brokers in the Show Catalogue and in the website.


Stands of 3 x 3 metres are offered at EURO 1.980 plus VAT. Double and triple stands are also available.

Attendance at the Show is subject to the Show's Organizers final approval.

The Exhibitor fee is non-refundable.

Exhibitor's attendance is valid when completed in full and funds have been received, prior to deadline 31 March, 2019.


Only crewed yachts that can host up to 12 guests operating legally as charter vessels in Greece with an active GYA Member or GYA Associate member as Central Agent can apply. Yacht Management Companies that are not GYA Members should apply as GYA associate member. The applicant company may be required to supply more information as indicated.

Registration is open for yachts with LOA over 24.01m. Registrations are only valid when completed in full and funds have been received. The Show's Organizers have the right to inspect the yachts, as the show emphasizes in displaying quality yachts. The LOA of a yacht to be considered for registration acceptance is the length stated on the submitted certificate of nationality or registry.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: All yachts should register by March 31, 2019.

REGISTRATION FEE: Entry fee of Euro 165 plus 11 Euro per meter of LOA plus VAT.

CONFIRMATION: Following registration and receipt of payment all yachts will be placed on an acceptance waiting list.The Show's Organizers will confirm acceptance in written, the soonest possible and every possible effort will be made in order to accommodate the yacht at the Show.For all yachts which will not be accepted, the participation fee will be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fees are not refundable.Registration is not transferable from one yacht to another.

POLLUTION POLICY: The Show Organizer's retain the right to exclude yachts causing a nuisance among other yachts and exhibitors.

ANCHORAGE: Anchorage in the “Inner” and “Outer” harbour is prohibited.

Each Charter Manager should complete a Broker Registration Form.


The Show's Organizers reserve the right to at any time, change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions and make alterations to any matter relating to the event at its absolute discretion, as may in their opinion be necessary in the best interests of the Show.
