All brokers are invited to register for the Mediterranean Yacht Show, Nafplion May 2 - May 6, 2026.
The Show's Organizers retain the right to refuse access to the Show to Companies/Brokers deemed as non-professionals of the industry. Registrations are not considered complete until payment is received.
REGISTRATION FEE till 31 March 2026: Euro 200 including VAT 24%, including listing on the website.
LATE REGISTRATION FEE after March 31, 2026: Euro 300 including VAT 24%.
CANCELLATION: Accepted registrations are not refundable. If your registration is not accepted, we will refund the registration fee.
Broker registration may be transferred from one Broker to another within the same company.
Registration forms should be received by March 31, 2026. Any registrations, changes, or modifications received after March 31, 2026, will not appear in the list of attending brokers in the website.
Access to the red-carpet zone is subject to compliance with the Access, QR Code Check-in & Conduct Terms.
Day Pass is available exclusively to clients and partners of attending brokerage companies and may be purchased at the GYA Secretariat Desk in Nafplion for a fee of €300 per person. All clients and partners must be registered by an authorized broker and must be accompanied at all times by a representative of the host brokerage company; entry is not permitted without host accompaniment. The pass is strictly non-transferable, does not include access to official events, and is not available to vendors or suppliers.
EXHIBITORS

Stands of 3 x 3 metres are offered at EURO 2.890 plus VAT 24%, 3 x 6 metres at EURO 5.200 plus VAT 24% and 3 x 9 metres at EURO 7.510 EURO plus VAT 24%, 5 x 5 metres at EURO 9,200 plus VAT 24%.
For 2026, the exhibitor’s space will be organized across two distinct areas with different access conditions:
Exhibiting Area A outside Red Carpet Zone
Exhibition stands located in Exhibiting Area A, will be accessible to both registered attendees and the general public.
Exhibiting Area B – inside Red Carpet Zone
Exhibition stands located at Exhibiting Area B inside the red carpet zone will be accessible exclusively to registered attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, Captains & Crews, and authorized personnel with valid badges.
Attendance at the Show is subject to the Show's Organizers final approval.
The Exhibitor fee is non-refundable.
Exhibitor's attendance is valid when completed in full and funds have been received, prior to deadline 31 March 2026.
The show is open daily from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:30, closing at 18:30.
Upon the closure of the show at 18:30 , the organizer's duties and liabilities cease, thereby relieving them of any further obligations.
To maintain a harmonious atmosphere, exhibitors must keep music played at their stands at low volume levels, ensuring minimal disturbance to neighboring stands.
Exhibitors are expected to respect the boundaries of neighboring stands, avoid encroachment or disturbance, and comply with any rules or guidelines set by the show organizers.

YACHTS
LATEST NOTICE: We have reached full capacity. Registration remains open only for the waiting list.
GENERAL TERMS: Only crewed yachts hosting up to 12 guests in possession of a Greek charter licence with LOA from 24 meters and above, legally operating as charter vessels in Greece with an active GYA Member or GYA Associate member as Central Agent can apply. Yacht Management Companies that are not GYA Members should apply as GYA associate members. The applicant company will be required to supply more information as required.
The LOA stated on the certificate of nationality/registry is considered for yachts’ applications.
Registrations are only valid when completed in full and funds have been received. Registrations are confirmed upon organizing committee’s approval. The Show's Organizers have the right to inspect the yachts in order to ensure that show’s quality standards are met. The LOA stated on the certificate of nationality/registration is considered for yachts’ applications.
Each Charter Manager should complete a Broker Registration Form.
Social events hosted by participating yachts are mandated to commence solely at times that do not coincide with the official opening hours of the show. Please be aware that no social events can be scheduled on the first day of the show, Saturday, May 2, or on the last day, Wednesday, May 6.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: All yachts should register by March 31, 2026. If capacity is reached before this date, yacht registration will be closed without prior notice.
REGISTRATION FEE: Entry fee of Euro 630 plus 26 Euro per meter of LOA plus VAT 24%.
CONFIRMATION: Following registration and receipt of payment, all yachts will be placed on a waiting list pending acceptance. The Show's Organizers will confirm acceptance via the user' s account area. If yacht registrations are not accepted, the participation fee will be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fees for yachts approved to participate in the show are non - refundable. Registration is not transferable from one yacht to another. Any cancellations submitted from April 21 at 12:00 PM (noon) through May 2 will result in the suspension of the yacht’s participation rights in MEDYS for a period of one (1) year, commencing from the date of the yacht’s re-registration for the show,
POLLUTION POLICY: The Show Organizers retain the right to exclude yachts causing a nuisance amongst other yachts and exhibitors.
ANCHORAGE: Anchorage in the “Inner” and “Outer” harbor is prohibited.
ACCESS, QR CODE CHECK IN & CONDUCT
Access to the red-carpet zone is permitted only via QR code check-in at designated entry points.
Each QR code is personal, unique, and non-transferable. The QR code must be presented upon every entry, exit and re-entry. The Organizer reserves the right to verify identity via photo ID.
Entry to restricted or controlled areas is permitted only to eligible badge holders.
Sharing, duplicating, or misusing QR codes or badges is strictly prohibited. Any misuse may result in denial of entry or removal from the show without refund.
Attendees must behave in a respectful and professional manner toward staff and other participants. Any form of abusive, aggressive, or threatening behavior toward staff may result in immediate denial of entry or removal.
By registering, participants acknowledge that entry data (date, time, entry point) may be collected for security and operational purposes, in compliance with GDPR.
In case of technical issues affecting the QR system, the Organizer reserves the right to apply alternative verification procedures.
Registration fees are non-refundable in cases of denied access resulting from breach of terms or misuse of credentials.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access in cases of non-compliance with show rules.
ALTERATIONS
The Show's Organizers reserve the right to at any time, change, amend, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions and make alterations to any matter relating to the event at its absolute discretion, as may in their opinion be necessary in the best interests of the Show.
